About the Council
The Indian River Estate Planning Council is an association of area professionals whose expertise spans multiple disciplines of estate planning and taxation. Our members are Attorneys At Law, Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Chartered Financial Consultants, Chartered Life Underwriters, Trust Officers, and Development Directors employed by a not-for-profit as defined in IRS Code Section 501(c)3.
We are dedicated to increasing public awareness of the need for estate planning. The Council brings professionals together to share knowledge and challenges and to exchange ideas for effective estate planning. We seek opportunities to foster knowledge and understanding of the diverse roles of each professional. The Council provides a forum to enable us to stay current on the latest changes in estate planning and tax laws, and how they affect our clients. We strive to hold one another to the highest of ethical standards and practices to benefit clients and their beneficiaries.
